For a business that bills the same people again

Send the invoice. Know what you are owed.

Windfall keeps a running balance for each customer, emails the PDF, and creates the next invoice when the schedule says it is due.

What you get

A balance that stays current

Issue an invoice or record a payment, and what the customer owes updates. Drafts and void invoices stay on file and stay out of the balance.

A PDF you can email

Every invoice downloads as a PDF, in a classic or minimal layout. Email it to the customer from your company address.

Templates for the work you repeat

Save the line items, tax, and terms. The next invoice does not start from a blank page.

The next invoice on a schedule

Weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or the last day of the month. Windfall creates it on the due day, and sends it if you turned email on.

Outstanding, overdue, and paid

The dashboard totals what is still owed, what is late, and what was paid this month.

A login for each person

Owners and admins manage the business and the team. Members can invoice and record payments.

How an account works

  1. Open the business. Name it, choose the currency, and pay £5 for the month.
  2. Add the people you bill. Each customer has their own balance, terms, and invoices.
  3. Send this one, or schedule the next. Email the PDF now, or let the daily run create the invoice when it is due.

£5 a month

One business. Everyone you add to the team is included. The books stay separate from any other business: their own customers, invoices, and invoice numbers.

The next page is Stripe Checkout. £5 is charged each month until you cancel. From Billing you can update the card, download invoices, or cancel.
